I had a place here I wanted to show you, the first place of this Scofield here, what he wrote in a footnote here. I believe it’s found in Romans, the 3rd chapter. He said here, as he interpreted it through Webster, of course, in footnotes. He said, “Sin is rejecting the revealed will of God.”

Sin, in its initial form, is to reject the revealed Word of God, what God…or will of God. When God has revealed something as His will, and to reject that is to blaspheme, or to reject God.
