Much time was spent on finding a venue to host a YF bistro in Paris France. A lot of youth live in and around Paris, and it had been on our hearts for over a year to do something for the French youth there in France.

After hours of searching, with many phone calls and emails, we finally had found and secured a place in eastern Paris. To our surprise, a lot of youth who lived hundreds of miles away signed up for the YF bistro, even if it was only for 1 day. They came from as far as Switzerland, Germany, and France, up to 450 miles (730 km) away.

A Young Foundations bistro was just perfect for a cold November day. After only 1 hour and 15 minutes of setting up, the first few young people strolled in at 9:15 AM. We welcomed them and enjoyed some brief moments of fellowship before they engaged in a game of foosball.

More and more youth started pouring in with curious demeanors as to what this YF bistro was all about. Some youth expressed how difficult it is for them, as the enemy often battles them with all kinds of worldly distractions. Young Foundations is all about encouraging youth with their walks with the Lord Jesus. YF bistro in Paris was a relaxing day where they could come to a little haven and let off the pressure. They needed it. We all needed it. It was such a wonderful blessing to see them have a good time enjoying the games and fellowship.

In order to get lunch, (and supper too), each table had to sing a song. It was a little cool in the cafeteria, but the atmosphere was getting warmer than fire. After lunch it was the perfect time to have quiet time: just lay everything else aside and just fellowship with God. Such a beautiful atmosphere was created! It is when we think on HIM that He comes around.

I believe that that's the reason people doesn't have the victory and—in their heart that they should have, is because their thoughts are on other things. "Let the meditation of my mind, of my heart, be acceptable unto Thee, O Lord." I believe if we'll think on Him, He will draw nigh unto us. 60-0311 - Mary's Belief

After Quiet Time we enjoyed some beautiful moments of worship. The presence of the Lord was there! If we could have only looked into that other dimension, like Elijah at Dothan, there would have been many angels all around.

The highlight of the day was when Bro. Branham brought the evening Message, "Be Certain Of God." It was a short Message, but it covered a whole lot that both the youth and staff alike had need of. Brother Branham prayed the prayer of faith for us all. Praise the Lord for that. We know that the youth were tremendously blessed by this powerful sermon and went home better and stronger Christians.
