Last year we did a sponsorship project for the Malawi Relief Effort. Many of you sent in your Jesus Jars to help out other children in Malawi who lost their homes, their clothes, their food, and almost everything they owned.
Well, one of our vendors named Brother Bob (the man who makes our t-shirts and lapel pins for YF and CC) found out about it, and wanted to help also. So he got with his church and they gave us thousands of soap bars to send to the children in Malawi.
We sent the soap bars, and the kids LOVED them! You would never think someone would be so happy to see soap! But if you went through the terrible disaster they went through, you’d be REALLY happy to have some soap also.
We finally received some pictures of the kids receiving their soap, along with some YF t-shirts, and thought we’d share them with you.
