We really liked this Christmas article that was just sent to us, and we hope you like it too.
Greetings in His Precious Name, Jesus Christ.
This year we decided to create a lighted display for Christmas. Getting the inspiration from the Message, Brother Branham said,
...if I ever had on–anything on my house that I ever wanted to write, would be a neon sign: “Trusting Christ Will Be In Your Christmas.” That’s right. Put Christ back into Christmas. 59-1223
With so many decorations up and down our road most of them having nothing to do with the real meaning of Christmas, we thought this would be the right message to display. What better way than the very words of our prophet who taught us the “Real” meaning of the season. Our Cubbies were really exited.
So we set out to get the supplies and go to work. Neon is very expensive, so we decided to improvise with “Rope Lights”.
Benjamin 7, Enoch 6, Amber, 3, and Joshua 1 1/2, were ready to get to work!
We had some plywood, which they painted black and the words stenciled on with pencil. We drilled holes around the letters to use white zip ties to hold the rope lights in place. The children painted, fed and cinched well over 300 zip ties as dad held the rope in place. What excitement as there project was coming to life. Enoch, just learning to read cursive, traced the letters as he read the words of Brother Branham.
After a few days and nights, it was complete, and ready for the “Grand Illumination.”
As the family gathered on our corner lot of two roads, Brother Branham’s words came to life for all to see.
A few hundred cars come by every day. It seems special to have these words displayed. We pray it will help someone to remember to put Christ back in Christmas, and into their heart.
God bless you, and we trust you enjoy this as a much as we have.
Merry Christmas
So I appreciate your all’s prayers. And by God’s help and grace, a very Merry Christmas to every one of you. Remember my saying; this is not Santa Claus this is for Jesus. You see? “Christmas means Christ.” And we were riding last night showing the kiddies all the houses decorated and everything, which is awful nice. But I thought, if I ever had on–anything on my house that I ever wanted to write, would be a neon sign: “Trusting Christ Will Be In Your Christmas.” That’s right. Put Christ back into Christmas. 59-1223
