The month of December brings a lot of holiday cheerfulness. As Brother Branham once said, “I just wish it could be Christmas all the time. Everybody seems to be so friendly around Christmas time, wanting to help one another, and everything.”
For the Bride of Christ, this cheerfulness doesn’t end with the holidays. We’re thankful for the many blessings the Lord supplies us this time of year, and always. As believers of this Message, we recognize that there’s nothing that the Lord has withheld from us. We can say like Brother Branham, “How can we be anything else but happy and know what we know?”
For the December YF quiz messages, you’ll only become more thankful to know that we are on the true side of Christianity, and far from the world of idolatry. We serve a living God, and have a living Word dwelling in us.
Look! What is it? Not the mythical, imaginary god sitting out there, but the living God. What is the living God? The Word in you making Itself real. Whew! Glory to God! Oh, I know you think I’m a holy roller, maybe I am. But, oh, brother, do you see it? Triumphed over every denomination, triumphed over all paganism, a living God made manifest in a living temple, and the Word of God (which is God) is made flesh in you. Why? You’re seated in Heavenly places, triumphed over all things, in Christ Jesus.
61-1217 Christianity Versus Idolatry
Brother Branham drives it home in his following Christmas sermon, "Sirs, We Would See Jesus." It’s not the Jesus of creeds. It’s not the Jesus of some mythical Christmas, or the Jesus of some bunny-rabbit Easter. It’s the Jesus of Calvary. That’s what a true servant of God would point us to, and that’s exactly who Brother Branham pointed us to.
And notice, usually the way that people want to find Jesus, is to find somebody who knows how to take them to Him. A leader, or one of His servants, is the way they find Him. So Jesus, if He ever chooses a servant, He always chooses somebody that will bring the people to Him, because it’s His purpose to serve the people.

We thank God that we’ve found somebody, His prophet, who knows how to take us to Jesus! It was Brother Branham’s heart’s desire the night of this message, through his unusual Scripture, that we would find the true meaning of Christmas, what Christmas means to us. We pray you find that as you hear the true Word of God during this holiday season.
