Still Waters Camp 5!

A few weeks ago, Brother Joseph gave some really exciting news to a dedicated group of 9-12 year olds scattered across the United States. "I have decided to have a camp at Still Waters JUST FOR BOYS AND GIRLS YOUR AGE, and I want to invite you to come!"

We only have a certain number of spaces in the camp, so the invitations were limited to those who had the highest number of YF points. For this camp, the cut-off was 800 points, though many of these youth had points soaring in the thousands. It’s our special reward to them for listening to God's Word.

So what are YF rewards points? Just like a Sunday School teacher gives her students a prize for learning a Bible verse correctly, we want to reward the youth who are dedicated to this Message. We want to do everything we can to point you to the Message of the hour and get you to hear the Voice of God to this generation. Rewards Points were designed to do just that. When you log in to the YF website with your YF ID number, then listen to the tape and take the quiz, you will get "Rewards Points" added to your YF account. You get 10 points for taking the current tape quizzes, and 5 points for any past quizzes you take. These points can later be used for rewards items, or better yet, an early access to a Still Waters camp!

These rewards are not designed to be the reason a young person hears the Word, but just a little reward for their dedication. It is just the icing on the cake, a little prize for something they were already doing. For others, it just might be that extra little push that many parents know their child needs. And it's not only for the children. It takes very dedicated parents to make this possible also!

For all those who don't have that many YF points yet, or who have just become part of YF, don't worry, we’ve got you covered!

If the Lord is willing, and we do this again next year, invitations will be sent based on the number of points you’ve earned in the 2016/2017 year. If you work hard, just like those coming to camp this year, you will get the same opportunity to come to Still Waters Camp too!

For the younger campers, we are going to be doing just what the older Still Waters campers do: bonfire, paintball, rifle shooting, archery, and even the zip-line! Most importantly, we will be having our Quiet Time and hearing the Message of the hour. The only difference is we are going to squeeze it all into just two days.

Camp check in will begin on Friday, September 30th, and finish Sunday afternoon. We will have a special service in the new chapel, followed by lunch and fellowship with their friends before going home. We have also invited one of their parents to come and stay at the camp with them. After all, it was a faithful mom and/or dad that instilled the Word in them to begin with.

We know the youth, and parents, are as EXCITED as we are to come and have a great time and lots of fun. Just like the other camps, we ask for your prayers for a GREAT BLESSING from the Lord.

Brother Branham told us, if we come expecting to get something special from the Lord, you’ll get it, so come expecting!
