Below is our most recent report from the Creations crew in Edmonton, Alberta. We're so thankful to hear how this little group of children are really growing in the Word.
On June 6th, 2015 Edmonton Creations class learned about “The Cloud”. We followed the same lesson plan that was put on the Creations/YF website and we were even able to show the children our copy of Life magazine which featured The Cloud.
For the Scripture reading, we decided to let the kids sing it as a group and they loved doing this. Each one of our Creations classes seems to be building on the last, and our children have really been digging deep into The Word.
As we worked on the craft, we couldn’t help but talk about the Message the entire time. We would ask questions and the children were quick to fire off answers, which in turn led to even more topics about our Lord Jesus. It was like watching Message fireworks go off.
As we finished up, we had snacks and a drink. We ran through all the quiz questions again and every single child not only knew the answers but many went home and started quizzing parents and grandparents.
This has been yet another favorite class for us to have had a part in teaching, and we trust that the Lord keeps this special time in our hearts always.
