Abaixo segue um relatório do último evento Hora de Meditação do ano de 2015, junto com um resumo geral de um ano inteiro de abençoadas Horas de Meditação com os jovens.
Queridos irmãos, saudações em Cristo!
Abaixo está o relatório da Hora de Meditação do dia 5 de Dezembro de 2015 no escritório brasileiro. Tivemos 34 jovens participando, a maioria da cidade local, alguns da cidade de Campinas e outros da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. A surpresa foi uma pequena caravana da cidade próxima de Jacareí, com uma van cheia de jovens, incluindo uma irmã que ainda não foi batizada, mas que está indo aos cultos.
Tivemos um dia maravilhoso com a meditação, jogos e comidas para todos. Eles agradeceram muito pelo que todos da GVD têm feito no ano de 2015 e esperam ter um ano ainda melhor em 2016, se o Senhor tardar, mais e mais perto de Deus.
Tivemos um clima muito bom durante todo o dia. Vinte minutos antes de terminar tudo, choveu muito forte em toda a região. Podemos ver a mão de Deus nisto, dando um tempo maravilhoso. No ano de 2015, tivemos a presença de 500 jovens. Alguns vieram de cerca de 150 km de distância, já outros de 1000 km de distância. Tivemos quatro grandes caravanas conosco que, além dos familiares, os pastores traziam seus filhos e ovelhas para essas Horas de Meditação aqui no escritório. Certamente que o Senhor tem nos abençoado.
Tivemos um balanço positivo do que aconteceu e a quantidade de jovens que servimos. Preparamos cerca de 500 alimentações, montamos tendas quando tínhamos previsões de chuva, alugamos cadeiras e mesas, e muitas outras coisas contribuíram para nos manter bastante ocupados.
Para 2016, estamos em expectativas para uma previsão de 100 jovens, vindo da cidade de Curitiba em Maio.
Creio que é tudo por agora. Obrigado por nos ajudar em cada Hora de Meditação que tivemos em 2015. Somente o Senhor pode recompensa-lo.

Below is a report from the final 2015 Quiet Time at our Brazil office, along with a little overview from an entire year of blessed Quiet Times with the youth.
Dear Brothers, greetings in Christ!
Below is the last Quiet Time report held in December 5, 2015 at the Brazil office. We had 34 young people taking part, most from right here in the city; some from the city of Campinas, and some from the state of Rio de Janeiro. The surprise was a small caravan from the nearby city of Jacarei, who brought a van full with young people from their church, including a girl who is not yet baptized, but who is attending the services.
We had a great day with meditation, games and snacks for everyone. They thanked a lot for all that VGR has done throughout this year of 2015 and expect to have, if the Lord tarries, an even better year in 2016, closer and closer to God.
We had a very good weather all day. 20 minutes after we finished everything, it rained very strong throughout the region; in this we could see that the hand of the Lord has given us a wonderful weather.
In the year of 2015 we had about 500 young people visits. Some came from nearly two thousand miles away, others from a thousand miles. There were four large caravans participating with us in addition to the parents, and they were pastors who brought their children and sheep for these Quiet Times here in the office. Surely the Lord has blessed us in this.
There is a positive balance of everything that happened, and the amount of young people we served. We prepared something around 500 meals, set up tents when there was rain forecast, rented chairs and tables, and many other things that contributed to making our year really busy.
For 2016 there is a forecast of about one hundred young people coming from the city of Curitiba in May, which we are excited for.
