Dear Young Foundations

I thought this was worth the share. My 9 year old niece and I have Quiet Time every evening together. Gracia (Gracy) and I always share testimonies and requests. I encourage her to see God's Hand in every day life, and she reminds me of how God moves in simple ways that we tend to overlook. We pray together, listen to Stories of Brother Branham (or a portion of a tape) together, and work through Cub Corner magazines together. She also has her own Quiet Time alone each day.

One evening she walked into my room and saw the book "William Branham: A Man Sent From God" on my desk. She stopped and looked at it, and then continued speaking to me. Later on she returned and asked if she could borrow the book for a few minutes. I was really curious, but figured I would know what is going on soon enough. She returned with the book and a sheet of paper folded to make an "envelope". She quickly left the room thinking that I would laugh (I chuckled because I thought it was so cute), but it was serious business to her. On the paper was written "Please buy me a "William Branham: A Man Sent From God. By Gordon Lindsey In Collaboration With William Branham."

I realized then that she took the book so that she could see the title to write it down. What's more is that she had inserted the money to buy the book inside the make-shift envelope. She was so excited when I handed the book to her the next day. She even went to bed and fell asleep with it. It made my heart so glad to see where her desire lies. As Scripture says "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness."
