Dear Brothers,

I greet you in the wonderful Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I just want to share a brief testimony concerning the youth convention we had last weekend here in Lusaka. It was a very wonderful event and I enjoyed it so much that I wish we could have extended it. There were youths from different parts of the country that had gathered together under one Message and I had never experienced an atmosphere where believers from different parts of the country would gather together and just fellowship.

The first day we met, we fellowshipped as if we had known each other for quite some time and it was just so nice. I don’t even have the words to describe. I believe that God spoke to me at this convention.

On the first day, we heard a preaching from a precious minister speaking on Living a God pleasing life in a deceitful world. In his preaching he took some time to talk about Esther and how at the very last moment, the children of Israel where saved and how children watch things that may look innocent to the eyes but behind that innocence lies a wrong motive. A whole lot was said and I enjoyed it. It spoke to me.

On Saturday we had some games and listened to an American Pastor who is like no other. This man was mightily used by God and non-so like William Marrion Branham. We listened to this pastor and my-oh-my, his message titled “Be Certain of God” made me realize how grateful it was to be in this Message.

When he finished preaching and was time for prayer, I rose up my hands and we prayed. When he said he was going to claim all our wrongs and confess them before God, I asked myself “what have I done to deserve this?” I felt so low and just thanked the Lord. I was really something.

Sunday we got ready for church and listened to the same American pastor, William Branham. This time he preached on “Broken Cistern”. It was so good that young boys and girls gave their lives to the Lord and were baptized in the Name of our Lord Jesus after service.

To tell you the truth, as I am writing this, I am filled with joy. There are a lot of things that I could say about the convention that we had. In the evening, we had a presentation by Brother Stephen Tutani concerning Voice of God Recordings and we all loved it. I just want to thank the Lord for what He has done and I pray that every youth in this Message gets a chance to have such activities wherever they are.

I recently acquired the 32 GB memory card loaded with Messages from VGR Lusaka right before we had the convention, and because of the convention, I am keener to make use of that memory card. Words cannot express how I feel. I had a lovely time. I wish it didn’t end so quickly. I just pray that every young boy and girl can have the same experience.
