Display content We would like to share a testimony we received from a Christian couple who were visiting Jeffersonville from Georgia.

"We thank the Lord Jesus for His blessings upon us and we just want to tell of His goodness and mercy. How great is our God!

Just recently, my wife was shopping in Clarksville IN, just outside of Jeffersonville. After shopping at a couple of stores, she then traveled with her cousin to visit a family in Charlestown. After spending a few minutes at the house, she realized that her diamond engagement ring was missing. You could only imagine how she felt, as she searched through the house for the ring. She phoned me and asked me to go look at the stores she had visited. We both immediately had prayer before leaving.

When I arrived at the first store, I searched everywhere my wife said she had been. I was even on my hands and knees, looking for the ring. I went to each store, and looked the best I could and talked to the managers. My wife drove back in town to meet me, and we went together to the first store she had visited. By now she was upset. I decided that I would just wait on Him to help us; so I spent a few minutes by myself, just waiting on the Lord. When I met up with my wife, she was looking in the shoe department, and she had become really desperate and upset. I told her just to calm down and sit down with me and wait. As she sat down, she reminded me of Brother Billy Paul and Sister Loyce's testimony that was published in the Lifeline, where Brother Billy Paul found Sister Loyce's ring in the sand at the beach, when he knelt to pray. That immediately made our faith rise. I asked her to take me to the best place that she could think of to find the ring. She showed me the shoe aisle that she had spent the most time in, and she immediately started looking. I just walked to the center of the aisle, and I thought about what Brother Branham said:

"Now, I might've left that knife laying on the dresser where I changed clothes awhile ago. But just as sure if that knife is on the dresser right now, if I believe it with all my heart, it'll be in my pocket."   Faith Is The Substance 47-0412

I stuck my hand out, and in my heart said, "By faith it will be right there." Two inches from the end of my hand the ring was sitting diamond up on the shelf.

Our God is so wonderful! My wife started shouting and praising the Lord, and we had a jubilee in the shoe department. Our Heavenly Father is so mindful of us and always takes care of His own. Praise the Lord Jesus!"
