Door To Door

On June 2nd, he decided to pay a visit to the church.
Peeping inside, he saw a man that was praying very loudly, moving to and fro
with his hands in the air. When he finished praying, the man welcomed Brother
Gilbert very warmly. He was the founder and pastor of the church. Although he
was not usually in the church on Tuesday mornings, this particular morning he
felt compelled to be there.
After they had talked for a while, Brother Gilbert invited the pastor to his
home, so they boarded a public bus. When they arrived at the house, the pastor
saw a VGR book with the prophet's picture on the back and he became very excited.
"I know him!" he said. "This is the anointed servant of God. Why on earth didn't
you tell me immediately that you believed in his Message?" When he saw that
there were tapes also, he began to cry for joy.
Many years ago, he had met someone who claimed to be a follower of Brother Branham's
ministry. They had several books, but would not share them with people who were
in a denominational church. After much persuasion, he finally allowed the pastor
to borrow one for three hours, and he came for it promptly when the time was
up. Later, he was able to borrow a copy of A Man Sent From God for three hours.
Brother Labrosee was well supplied with books and tapes, so he gave the poor
pastor a box of books and several tapes.
This week, the pastor and his wife visited Brother Labrosse to invite him to
their church to witness as he and 45 members of his church were baptized in
the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
He is now witnessing to others pastors who are also longing to hear the Truth
of the Word.
