A Testimony From Angola Thursday, September 22, 2005

"I am a brother from Angola, and I would like to show my gratitude for the work that that Voice Of God Recording is doing.

It was in 1997, as a young boy living in the south of Lubango, Angola; we were so eager to read books of the prophet William Marrion Branham. We were not having books of our own, and the books were very few, especially in Portuguese. Our church was having a library. It was very small room built with bricks without cement. Every Sundays, after preaching, the Library was opened. People used to come to borrow books of the prophet. The room was very small, in such a way they had to put the materials out side to serve the people. We use two books after one week return it. Even though we were not having tapes of the prophet, it was a big feast with few titles that we were having. We used to ask each other this wise: did you already read that book? No? Oh you have to read it! That is fire. And other young brother would come and tell you, 'I am reading the follow book the prophet is saying this and that. Oh it was really a feast!' Some of us were doing the best to learn English or French, because most of books were coming in those languages. When we start receiving the first tapes it was like gold.

Thanks God, today we have variety of books, variety of tapes in Portuguese, oh 7 Church ages, and MP3 message in Portuguese. It makes me remember the words of our prophet "Storing food so that you'll have some thing to eat, so that you'll have some thing to feast upon." Thanks to our God, people of different languages and Nations are being fed. And I would like to ask Voice Of God Recordings to send to the South of Angola more tracts in Portuguese like: Jesus Christ The Same Yesterday, Today And Forever, He Ascended Up On High And Gave Gifts Unto Men, The Messenger, Jesus Christ is God, Enticing Spirit Versing The Word Of God... Beyond The Curtain of Time.

May God bless richly all the brothers and sisters working at Voice Of God Recordings. You are on our prayers.
