If God Be With Us, Then Where Is All The Miracles?

December 31, 1961

On new year's eve, 1961, Brother Branham was at home in the Branham Tabernacle in Jeffersonville Indiana. Oh, to have been there! Can you imagine spending new years eve night listening to God's prophet ask the question "If God be with us, then where is all the miracles?"

Thousands of years ago, Gideon asked the same question:

And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? Judges 6:13

Gideon was proving all things, testing it by the Word, and the Lord answered his question. He had told Gideon that he would be the one to deliver his people from the Midianites, and then He showed him a supernatural sign to prove that He truly was God.

In this wonderful Message, you'll hear Brother Branham explain how every time God's people gets in trouble, He always sends them a prophet with the true Word to bring them out. He did it in the days of Gideon, and He's done it again in our day, proving through supernatural signs and miracles that God is with us.

God's prophet for this day shows us the challenge that the devil is putting before us, and he tells us just how to meet his challenge to bring us out.

These Midianites, and Amorites, and so forth, had all come over and eat up all their land. And so the enemy had challenged, and he must be met. Their armies couldn't do it, and their priests couldn't do it, and their churches couldn't do it. So it took the Word of God to meet his challenge.

The enemy speaks today. The enemy tries to say that the days of miracles is past, that there is no such a thing as the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and this is only emotion, it's only a workup." So the enemy has challenged, and his challenge must be met.
