I Can't Wait For Wednesday

"I can't wait for Wednesday!" To hear these words come from the mouth of a teenage boy or girl isn't a real common thing, even within the Message, but it's a blessed thing. Because of parents and churches who have caught the vision, they are pointing their children to the Words of Life on the Tapes. If you're one of these children that can say like this sister from your heart, then you have so much to be thankful for.
The young people at our church have recently started getting together on Wednesday nights, and listening to the tape on Young Foundations, as well as answering the questions. The first night we had 3 teenagers, and this number has grown to nearly 20. It's all we can talk about, "I can't wait for Wednesday!"
I'll admit, I had been slowly drifting away from the tapes. We used to have them playing often in our house and I'd sit and listen, but they slowly stopped and I was testing the waters of the world. I started spending time with all my friends in the world, and Sunday was almost a "have-to" not a "want-to."
My whole attitude has changed though. Sundays are my favorite day of the week, and I can't wait for Wednesday to come around.
Thank you so much Lord for the family in our church that stepped up and is trying to reach our young people. Just wanted to share this small testimony, thank you so much YF.
