Earnestly Contending For The Faith That Was Once Delivered To The Saints

June 14, 1953

"...it was needful for me to write unto you, and to exhort you that you should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered to the saints."

So often we look back through the pages of the Bible, inspired by the writings of the prophets and their undaunted faith and stand for God's Word. We might say to ourselves, "If only I could have faith like the saints of old." Well we can, if we'll earnestly contend for it.

Brother Branham not only tells us in this message what to contend for, but he proves to us, through his own life, that the same God that was with Moses and Paul is with us today.

So it's not just a ritualistic affair, but it's absolutely a real, living reality of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, living among men. And that's the faith that I'm trying my best to contend for today; that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever and His power is unlimited.
