My Peppery Vegetable Dip

Whip up this tasty dip to go along with the fresh vegetables you'll soon be pulling out of your gardens.

Thank You for this delicious recipe! Yesterday, I made
Classic Quiche Lorraine; truly it is 'Classique'! It was fun to make and I probably never would have attempted such a rich delight, except --it was offered by YF. Suffice to say, YF can bring out the adventure in we older sisters, and I thank you for that.
I would like to offer my Peppery Vegetable Dip recipe to YF in case they might like to try it at one of their events at 'Still Waters'. My nieces and nephews really like this.
Peppery Vegetable Dip - Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Miracle Whip mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. grated onion
- 2 tsp. tarragon vinegar (or white)
- 2 tsp. chopped chives
- 2 tsp. chili sauce (found next to the catsup)
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder (this is the nice surprise taste)
- 1/8 tsp. ground thyme
Preparation:
Whisk together the above ingredients for a delicious vegetable dip!
