About The Rewards Thursday, February 10, 2011

The new ID Rewards Program is meant to point the young Bride of Christ to the only weapon we have against Satan and his adversaries, the Word, and to reward those who faithfully listen to It. The overwhelming feedback we received within the first 24 hours of launching has assured us of the blessing and encouragement it will be, and we're thankful for that. The rewards for hearing the Word are to give the listeners their well earned recognition for their faithfulness, but the Eternal reward will be given by our Heavenly Father one glorious day. I'd like to explain this a little.

I truly believe Brother Branham was sent in this end time to reveal all the mysteries of the Bible, and to restore the faith of the children back to the faith of the fathers. He was also sent to set the church in order, and I truly believe each church should follow that pattern exactly how he said the church should be run.

In praying about doing the reward program on YF, I went to the Word to see if Brother Branham said anything about this or if there was a pattern as to how he did anything like that. I did know as a child growing up with Brother Branham that he would reward us children for things we did, as any parent does, but there was a great example for me: the way Brother Branham set up his Sunday school classes.

For Example: In the younger classes, when a child recites a Bible verse, they are REWARDED with a sticker for his or her Bible which they proudly place in their Bible and always like to show everyone all the stickers they have. When the older kids recite and memorize Bible chapters, they are REWARDED with a gift, like: Bibles, books, etc...

As you can see, what we are doing for the children is the same thing Brother Branham did when he was here; and is still being done in the Branham Tabernacle according to how Brother Branham set it in order. We are just doing it on a much larger scale.

I pray this rewards program will encourage not only the youth, but families as well, to stay in the Word and draw closer to our Lord Jesus.

Brother Joseph
