Spiritual Food In Due Season

July 18, 1965

Many of them didn't write; maybe they couldn't write. But they were men that were rugged. There's no man in the Bible like them. They defied kingdoms, kings, peoples, churches, and everything else, and stood firm on the Word of God, and God proved them to be right. They were very rugged individuals. Who were they? The prophets!

This one was the ruggedest of them all. He was a man of the wilderness. The Bible said he was hairy. He had sheepskin wrapped around him, and a piece of leather, of camel skin, wrapped around his loins. Whiskers were all over his face. He was a very rugged-looking man. Here he comes down the road to Samaria, as Brother Branham often illustrated; "maybe the white whiskers sticking out around his face, bald head shining in the sun, little old narrow eyes, back there with a stick in his hand, a smile in his face, walked right up to the king of Israel, and said, "The... Not even dew will fall till I call for it."" Who was he? Elijah the Tishbite!

God provided Spiritual Food in due season to His prophets in those days. Elijah was one of those prophets: he was a man of God who knew what he was doing with THUS SAITH THE LORD.

Today, He's provided Spiritual Food in due season through a prophet anointed with the Spirit of Elijah. Brother Branham was that prophet: he was a man of God who knew what he was doing with THUS SAITH THE LORD.

We pray this second Revival Month message on "Spiritual Food In Due Season" will give you spiritual insight to the Spiritual Food God has supplied for our day.
