Exodus means "brought out; called out; taken away from."

This is the subject Brother Branham chose to speak on the Sunday morning of June 30, 1963; the second exodus, or the calling out of God's people. Although he calls it "Second Exodus" on this tape, he changed it to "Third Exodus" in the evening service of the same day. He explains that the first exodus was the Holy Spirit in the form of the Pillar of Fire to bring Israel out of Egypt, an exodus out of the natural. The second exodus was Christ bringing the Church out of Judaism, an exodus out from a spiritual condition, into a spiritual baptism of the Holy Ghost. And the third exodus is when the same Pillar of Fire takes the Bride from the church; an exodus from the spiritual baptism of the Holy Ghost, right back into the Eternal Land of the Millennium and the great Hereafter.
To get a true understanding of what the exodus means, listen to Brother Branham perfectly type the exodus of the children of Israel, with the exodus now. You'll see through the teaching of God's prophet, how they run exactly parallel and tie directly into our lives today.
I hope the spiritual mind can catch it. I'm sure you do. But I wonder, out there. Anyhow, you can't visit every nation. You can send tapes to it. God will have some way to catch that mind out there where that seed is sowed. Right. And as soon as the Light strikes it [Brother Branham claps his hands together once--Ed.], it's gone, takes Life. Like the little woman at the well, she said, "There It is." She caught It.
