Angel's Psalm

This touching story was too precious for us not to share with you. It's astounding, the way God's sweet Spirit can abide in and work through His little children. This particular young lady put her thoughts on paper so she could describe to others her Heavenly Father. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
Dear Brothers and Sisters at Young Foundations:
Last week, I attended an event at my daughter Angel's school, and while there, her teacher asked me to read a story she had written. From what I understand, all the children in the school had been asked to write a story for a contest, and it could be about anything they wanted to write about. She handed me the story to read, and as I read it, tears came to my eyes and I thought about little David writing psalms to the Lord as a shepherd boy, and I felt that I had been given a gift more precious than gold.
She's only in 1st grade, but she loves the Lord with all her heart, and I pray that the Lord will help me to be a good mother to her, to nurture that sweet Spirit that lives in her, and protect her from the influences of the world. I appreciate all of you at Young Foundations for providing a website and magazine that is about the Word and gives the children such wholesome activities that they love.
I typed the story exactly as she wrote it, and have named it "Angel's Psalm:"
My God is powerful.
He is true and strong.
He can carry 125 in one hand and 225 in the other.
He is graet and good.
He is king over everybody
even you and me.
He can see future and when we foreget something
he does not.
He is wonderful, powerful, and so alsome!
He says "that we should love one another."
Sometimes the mean old Devil trys to get into us and God tells him "NO!"
But he never listens.
The Devils real name is lusipher.
lusipher is a bad man and used to be an angel.
The real angels kicked him out of heaven.
lusipher did not like god.
But god loved him.
The nails and rope did not hold him up, the love did.
I love god sooooooooooooo much.

God bless you
P.S. I have attached four images of the story in her own handwriting. Something about reading it that way makes it even more special to me. I hope it is a blessing to you.
Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 18:10
