The Christ in Christmas
Monday, December 21, 2009
Have you ever wished it could be Christmas all the time? If you've ever been a kid you have. Brother Branham did! It's the Christmas time of year that everyone seems to be joyful and friendly, and always willing to help one another. People out on the streets actually say hello, and you may even receive an occasional God bless you.
Even with the more joyful spirits, the world is still trying to take God out of Christmas. Let's not forget the main thing that Brother Branham taught us. Christmas shouldn't be the commercialized celebration the world portrays it to be. Christmas is a day of worship.
Though the world has taken Christ out of Christmas, let's put Christ back into Christmas this year, and remember the greatest wrapped Gift that God ever gave us on the first Christmas morning; Jesus Christ, the hope that we have in us.
We pray this Christmas that God fills each of your homes with the special gift of His amazing love.
And now, but in the hour of this darkness, as I say, that we live in, still Christians should be holding forth that Light, that there is a Truth to Christmas, that it is the birth of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
