Taking Care Of His Own

Sometimes it's the little things God does that remind us how much He always takes care of His own. If He's mindful of the needs of a little sparrow, how much more to our needs, His sons and daughters.
Amen, God's always taking care of His Own!
Something happened to me today that I thought I'd share with you. It wasn't anything big or special, but it was a place where God so directly answered to the desire of my heart.
I had an exam in physics today in university. I had been reading for it last night and I was expecting it prepared, yet a little excited, as always in an exam lesson. Well, the time came, when our teacher handed out the exam papers and the answer papers, and I took all my equipments on the desk from my bag. And while I was trying to find my calculator, which was definitely necessary in the exam, a cold chill came as I began to remember, that I actually forgot it at my desk at home. I already started thinking "Oh well, I guess I just have to attend an exam-renewal later on (if that's how you call it.)" And at some point, I thought "Oh Lord, put that calculator in my bag," as I was once more seeing around my schoolbag. I just wanted to get through this exam and didn't want to leave it undone and do it later on.
The exam was arranged so that there would be one free row in front of you and behind you, and also two seats free to the right and left. But the auditorium was getting full of students, and after all, they had to start filling up those empty rows in the auditorium. I was sitting kinda near the front part of the auditorium. Soon they started filling up the rows behind me also, and a guy, who goes the same course as I do, sat exactly behind me, and I heard him talking to his pal, and joking about him having two calculators with him. As soon as I heard that, I turned around and asked him "You have two calculators??? Can I borrow one of those?" Yet it was a new calculator that he said he really didn't know how to use yet either, he gladly let me to use it.
I started doing my exam, and while doing it, somehow it all came to my mind again... and I realized, "How good He is to me..."
"...God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Psalms 46:1
God bless you all! Your Brother in Christ.
You know, if you're going to have a test the next day, instead of running around all night, getting up the next morning, and think, "Well, I'll set next to So-and-so. They're smart, and they'll... I can copy off of them," if you'll just... Before dad returns thanks at the breakfast table, if you'll just say, "Dad, remember me, today, I got to take a test in chemistry," or whatever it is.
Then you, when you pray, dad, say, "God, bless John, Mary, in their test today." I tell you, it'll turn the tide.
Remember, we can have what we want, if we will ask in faith, believing. Jesus said, "All things are possible to them that will believe." "You have not, because you ask not." And you ask not, because you believe not. He said, "Ask abundance, that your joy may be full." I like that. 62-1013
