God's Gifts Always Find Their Places

December 22, 1963

Why gold, frankincense, and myrrh? What compelled three wise men to make a two year journey and bring these particular gifts to baby Jesus? After so long of searching, you'd think they would've just given up, but they kept following the sign that God had provided for them. God was making sure His gifts found their right place. They were symbolic to the life of His Son; Deity, in service to die.

The very things that the wise men brought to Jesus, identified what they thought He was. It's the same with us today. The things that we bring to God, identify what our thoughts are about Him. As Brother Branham said, "If you believe It with all your heart, every Word of that, you'll identify it by giving all that you have to It."

You'll find in this message the true meanings that the gifts of the wise men held, and how the gifts of each age, and in your lives, identify Christ Jesus.

Most of us know what gold is and what it looks like, but what about frankincense and myrrh. Here are a few pictures for you to look at and see the differences. Both in the time of the three wise men, and today, frankincense and myrrh were commonly used to create incense and perfumes.
