The Youth Of Lagos
Thursday, December 17, 2009
Brother Andrew Alasa, VGR office manager in Lagos Nigeria, recently received a surprise visit from a small group of young believers of a nearby church. They were curious about the work that Voice of God is performing in Nigeria, so they took it upon themselves to stop by the office for a little inquiry. Brother Andrew was more than glad to show them around and give them Message materials to take home from their trip. Below is the report of their short visit.
Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
As I had mentioned to you in an earlier email, the office played host to a group of young believers from a local church in Lagos.
The name of the group of the young people from this local church, "The Bride Assembly" (Lagos Church) is, "Youth Contenders Ministry."

I was able to expose these young people to the life and ministry of God’s prophet messenger to our age, Brother Branham. It was an educative trip as they asked several questions on the ministry of Brother Branham, and also watched the video, "Jeffersonville, A Prophet's Hometown." This enabled them to see in the video some of the places and experiences they hear in sermons. They looked at the several pictures in the office and asked different questions about some of the pictures.

At the end of the visit, they collected different sermon books and CTV magazines. They were all full of excitement.
Their church is being pastored by Brother Moses Alu. The church has a population of over 2500 believers. A total of 15 young brothers and sisters came representing the youth leaders of the church.
It was a fine visit from this group that is contending for the faith once delivered to the saints and restored by Brother Branham.
God bless you,
Brother Andrew Alasa
