After an early morning wake-up call at 6:00, the young people were under anticipation for a special surprise. Two buses arrived around 8:00 and loaded a group of curious spectators. "All Aboard!" The young people loaded the buses and headed towards the city of Kiev.

One hour later, they arrived at a port with a huge tour boat awaiting. After touring Kiev on the Dnieper River for a little more than an hour, the boat docked on a private island. It was loaded with activities and special games just for them. There was volleyball, soccer, corn-hole, food and refreshments, and much more. For the next four hours, they exhausted themselves until it was time to load up the boat and begin the route back to the camp grounds.

An exceptional evening was also in store for the youth. At 7:00, a special banquet was prepared with our guest speaker, Brother Gordon Tutani of Zimbabwe. He emphasized the great need for the youth to stay "Rooted in Christ," and encouraged them to prepare for the main event to follow in the morning.

By the end of the banquet, it was a day well spent and the youth retired to their beds, but not without high hopes and prayers for the service to come.
