YF Camp In Jeffersonville Wednesday, August 19, 2009

It’s been raining in Jeffersonville… A lot! This year we have already received over 37 inches of rain. That’s seven inches above normal for this time of year. While we enjoy the cool temperatures and green grass, the rain has set us back on the construction at the new YF property north of Jeffersonville.

Even with the youth camps in Germany, Ukraine, and Romania, we were also planning a YF camp here in Jeffersonville. However, because of the rain, we need to postpone the camp until next spring or summer. We will be working through the winter to get the property ready, and we are looking forward to hosting a wonderful YF camp right here in our backyard.
