The Armour of God
Wednesday, September 09, 2009
This small group of young believers dedicated their time to studying the Word and strengthening their foundation with the armour of God.
Dear Young Foundations:
Our Sunday school class recently studied the Armour of God. It took us two months to construct the belt, breastplate, shoes, helmet, shield, and sword. We learned Ephesians 6:11-17 and we dug into the Message to see what Brother Branham had to say about it.

A few things we learned were:
Blue represents truth so we made the belt of truth blue.
The breastplate of righteousness is His Righteousness, not ours.
"Our feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace" means ready to go anywhere, anytime.
The helmet of Salvation is made out of brass because brass is stronger than iron.
Our sword is a double edged sword and our shield is big as a door.
There are so many wonderful things Brother Branham says about the Armour of God. He says that it is the Holy Ghost!

When we were all done, we put on a presentation for the brothers and sisters at church. We had such fun learning about the Armour of God. We hope that you enjoy our pictures.
In Christ,
