Granny's Jesus Jar

The Jesus Jar project has been a great blessing to children across the nation, and in turn, to other children around the world. Many young believers have sacrificed their money for this project to help support missionaries and other believers who are in need.
A while back, we received a jar of change from a sister who was inspired by what the "little ones" were doing with the Jesus Jars. Except her jar wasn't just a "Jesus Jar," it was a "Granny's Jesus Jar!"

For sometime I have been saving my change. A while back, when hearing so much about the "Jesus Jar" the little ones were doing, I thought, "what about a "Granny's Jar?" We older folks could start saving our change for the missionary field.
Satan has really given me a battle about this since my business has been slow. Right now I'm at my lowest time, but I have been determined to give it to you because I know the Lord will make a way. I removed the pennies so it would amount to more. I have no idea how much is in the jar. The change in the coffee can is change my husband was saving for the same thing. He has since passed on, so I wanted you to have it also.
Who ever said that Jesus Jars were only for kids? To all of you "older than kids," Jesus Jars can be for anybody. If you'd like, you can even decorate them like the kids do!
We pray that the Lord blesses this precious sister for her contribution and desire to help others receive this life giving Message. God bless you to all who have a part in this great work that is taking place, and many thanks from those who are benefiting from your deeds.
