Blind Bartimaeus
April 14, 1956
The message of Blind Bartemaeus was one that Brother Branham spoke often over the years, usually before he would pray for the sick. It was such a faith building sermon that he taught it throughout the United States, from California to South Carolina, in Canada, San Juan Puerto Rico, and even Karlsruhe Germany.
No one can tell an old Bible story quite like Brother Branham. It's both inspiring and captivating the way he dramatizes this story as he cries out like Blind Bartimaeus,

Blind Bartimaeus
"Thou Son of David, have mercy on me." When we hear Brother Branham tell such amazing stories of the faith and love of God’s children, our minds drift back to the very spot they took place, and our hearts are blessed by the reality of God’s greatness.
In this particular meeting, Brother Branham was speaking to several little bright-eyed children, of whom he said, "If there is a tomorrow, they're the men of tomorrow." It was preached on a Saturday evening in the spring of 1956 at the Revival Assembly Church, Columbia, SC. This church was Pentecostal Holiness at the time Brother Branham spoke there and later became Assemblies of God, where the name was changed to Central Assembly of God.
