I Saw You On The Mountain Monday, August 18, 2008

This is a response poem we received from the poem "My Turn In The Valley," which we posted a while back.

I saw you on the mountain; So very glad you care. I’m in the valley presently And hope God hears your prayer. It’s been such a long, long time, The skies been dull and gray, But I hear another eaglet call; “Lord, drive it all away!” And now I feel my rising faith, And the brightly shinning sun; But I look down to the valley And see you all alone It’s my turn on the mountain, Now it’s you in need of prayer, But I know that God will help you too I know, for I’ve been there!
