Do You Now Believe?

Now, "If any man be in Christ, he be a new creature." Then God has set in the church different things. Now, man can testify of any thing. But until God confirms that, and says it's so, it isn't so... You've got a right to disbelieve it, until God vindicates that it's the truth, then you have no more right to disbelieve God. 51-0928 – At Thy Word

A little more than two years prior to the preaching of this message, Brother Branham was traveling through the countryside of Kuopio, Finland. While driving down the road with several other minister brothers, they came upon an accident. When they approached the scene, they found out that two young boys had been struck by an automobile while attempting to cross the road. One was in serious condition and rushed to the hospital. The other lay lifeless on the side of the road.

The boy who had been killed was the little boy he had prophesied of raising from the dead two years before. God allowed His prophet to be on the other side of the world, in that exact spot, and at that exact time so that His Word could come to pass. Brother Branham prayed for the child, and something miraculous took place. Where death had once claimed an innocent child, life prevailed. The boy who had just been crushed by the merciless force of a speeding car and thrown to his death now lived and walked without so much as a broken bone.

This is a recent picture of the boy that was raised from the dead.

And after this vision of the little boy, I guess it's wrote in ten thousand Bibles right now. I told them; I said, "Write it in your Bible; find out if it isn't right. Somewhere that little boy is going to be raised." And I promised them there that night, and a few other places, "It'll be in the "Voice of Healing," their magazine, Brother Lindsay's magazine, when it comes out, "See if it doesn't happen and the boy isn't just that way. 51-0928 – At Thy Word

The story is also recalled in this message of the crippled girl who was bound in the legs by braces and could only walk with the aid of crutches. By the grace of God she met His prophet, raised his coat pocket, and kissed it. She was instantly healed but didn’t realize it until later in the service that night.

The power of Almighty God is so magnificent that it can scarcely be fathomed by the carnal mind. How could you but believe? Both of these incidents were reported in the “Voice of Healing” magazine in 1950. There is no doubt that God has vindicated His Word. We have no more right to disbelieve. How can we but believe in a Message that is so perfect and true. How can we not believe in a God that is so real? He is truly Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
