Downloading music or playing audio/video clips

We have received reports that people using Internet Explorer cannot download music from the Music section, and that some audio clips fail to play. We are working to find solutions to these issues, but we recommend that you use Mozilla Firefox in the meantime. Downloading and installing Mozilla Firefox only takes a few minutes, and will keep your computer safer from spyware and other nasty things.

Viewing Cub Corner

If you cannot access Cub Corner, you may not have the latest version of "Flash" installed. Flash allows websites to provide interactive, animated sections such as Cub Corner. Installing flash is a three-part proccess: first, download it and save it to your "Desktop". After it has finished, close all Internet Explorer and Firefox windows (check your taskbar, too). Last, double-click on "install_flash_player" on your desktop. You should see a brief progress bar, then the installer should disappear.

After this, Cub Corner and other animated sites should work perfectly. If you don't see a difference, you may need to reboot your computer.
