Read of All Men

It was Sunday night after Church. Many of the young people often get together after service for a little time of fellowship, so we decided on Dairy Queen this evening. Once there, we all stood in line and one by one, placed our orders.
When I got to the front of the line, the cashier, a young man about 20 years old, asked me what Church we all went to (I guess we looked a little different than what he was used to). I told him which church we attended, and talked a little about Brother Branham. He said that he went to a small denominational church down the street. He went on to give me a short testimony about him and his wife. He said that they are having problems, and he made a covenant with the Lord to change some of his ways in order to save his marriage. I told him to keep trusting in the Lord, and He would make a way. I took my food and went to our table.
We all had a nice time of fellowship for about an hour, and then it was time to go home. Just before I left, the cashier nervously came to me and gave me a small note written on a receipt. He told me to read it later. I walked outside and read the paper, “Can you pray for me and my wife.”
I walked back into the restaurant to encourage him in his walk with the Lord. As we were talking, he started asking me more about my church, and I started witnessing to him. Eventually, he wrote down the address, directions, and service times.
Now I know what Brother Branham meant when he said that you need to be prayed up. When I woke up that morning, I had no idea that the Lord would use me that evening. I am so thankful that this man saw something in me that he desired. I want to live every day for the Lord Jesus!
